processing of plastics waste material for the original purpose or for other purposes, including energy recovery

recovery from previous use or from waste (3.5.26) derived from one product system (3.4.5) and used as an input to another product system

recovery operation of any kind, other than energy recovery and the reprocessing into materials that are to be used as fuels or other means to generate energy

production of useful energy through direct and controlled combustion or other processing of waste

material-processing operations including mechanical recycling, feedstock (chemical) recycling and organic recycling, but excluding energy recovery
