any substances classified as presenting an environmental hazard according to the UN Globally Harmonized System for Classification and Labeling of Chemicals and its amendments (GHS), 3rd revised edition, Part 4, whilst meeting the criteria of labeling with the environmental hazard pictogram[SOURCE: ISO 18602:2012, definition 3.12]
