Note 1

Maintenance (3.1.65) includes conducting corrective, responsive and preventative maintenance on constructed assets (3.1.15), or their parts, and includes all associated management, cleaning, servicing, repainting, repairing (3.1.107) and replacing of parts where needed to allow the constructed asset to be used for its intended purposes.
