All site-specific data are primary data (3.1.6.1) but not all primary data are site-specific data because they may be obtained from a different product system.

Note 2

Site-specific data include GHG emissions (3.1.2.5) from GHG sources as well as GHG removals (3.1.2.6) by GHG sinks for one specific unit process within a site.
