Note 1

Examples of interlinked stages for goods include: material acquisition, design and development (3.2.1), manufacturing, delivery, installation, use (including reuse, maintenance, repair, remanufacturing, refurbishing, upgrading), end-of-life treatment and disposal.

Note 2

Examples of interlinked stages of service include: design, commissioning of capabilities and provisioning, and ends with the decommissioning of capabilities.
